I am passionate about helping organizations use their data to grow to the next level. Whether it’s a marketing study, operations assessment, or product performance study I get excited about answering the gnarly questions. Also, I genuinely enjoy mentoring junior staff to reach their potential – it is some of the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done!

Part I tells the story of how I created the dashboard and Part II discusses how it informed management decisions.
